We give you a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchases from us (excluding special order and sale items).
We guarantee that your purchases that we ship to you will arrive undamaged or we will replace them at no cost to you or refund your purchase price if the item cannot be replaced.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization # prior to returning the product. The item must be in as-new condition with all original packing materials. Upon receipt of a R/A # from us you may ship the item back to us. Be sure to insure it for the appropriate value in case it is damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Upon receipt of the item we will refund your full purchase price excluding any shipping and handling charges. Sorry, but we cannot reimburse you for the cost to return the item to us.
Returns of items outside of our guarantee are subject to a restocking charge.
Damages
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us first. Keep all packaging materials. We will handle the claim & return process with the shipping company and make arrangements to send you a replacement. You may be asked to repackage the damaged item so that the shipper may pick it up.
